Do you handle design, permits and trades?
Yes. We can coordinate early planning, drawings, permit support, qualified trades, selections and construction.
Can you help with project financing?
Financing introductions may be available through independent lending professionals, subject to approval and project details.
What warranties apply?
Workmanship and product coverage depend on the scope and manufacturer. Eligible window and door products may include lifetime manufacturer warranty options.
Can you upgrade electrical and HVAC?
Yes. We coordinate properly qualified trades for panels, EV charging, lighting, heat pumps, HRVs, boilers and in-floor heating.
Do you take projects outside the GTA?
Yes. Based in Durham Region, we serve the GTA and projects across Southern and Eastern Ontario, including Hamilton, Niagara/St. Catharines and Kingston. Larger projects elsewhere in Ontario can be considered.
